all sales are final no refunds or returns. IF the package gets lost during transit or gets stuck in transit Bod By Mitzi is not responsable. We are currently shipping with UPS and USPS please advice us at check-out which carrier will you prefer. If you are in Texas ETA is 1-2 days once they receive package if you are out of Texas depends on the weather and or distance can take up to 7 days. We don't ship weekends so take into consideration those Saturday and Sunday don't count if you order on a Friday. If you order on a Friday package will go out until tuesday!. if you order during weekdays we are working as hard and fast as possible to ship your order within 24-36 hours after placing the order. please make sure you read description of product since some are pre-order ETA can take up to 14 days.
